Sarika Chavan

Founder

Sarika Chavan is the Founder of Sparkle Gift Cards. She is a public relations professional with over 18 years of work experience. Her last stint was at Weber Shandwick Mumbai, where she was Vice President - Client Experience. Previously she was employed at Adfactors PR, Text100 (now Archetype) and Perfect Relations. Sarika has successfully led PR campaigns for multiple brands across various sectors. She writes the longest running monthly book review column. She is a postgraduate in Communications from Xavier Institute of Communications. She lives in Mumbai.

Roshan Alexander

Co-Founder

Roshan Alexander is an education entrepreneur, a youth mentor and the co-founder at February Network where he serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The PRomise Foundation. Under his leadership several platforms such as Knowledge Factory, Fulcrum Awards, Quorum Reprise and Spectra have taken shape. He is the publisher of Reputation Today and oversees the administration of PRAXIS - the world's largest public relations summit. Roshan is a graduate from the Punjab University. He hails from Bathinda where he currently resides.

Amith Prabhu

Co-Founder

Amith Prabhu is a pioneering public relations and reputation management professional with over 19 years of experience. He has worked in India and in the USA at leading marketing communication companies. He is the co-founder of India’s only weekend offsite summit for the profession – PRAXIS. He serves on the international board of the Global Alliance (GA). He is the Founder of the Promise Foundation. He is the Founding Dean at the School of Communications & Reputation (SCoRe) in Mumbai. He is a Living My Promise signatory. He has a Masters in Public Relations and Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication. He hails from Mangalore and lives in Gurgaon.

Aparna Jain

Mentors

Aparna Jain is a leadership coach. She spent 23 years in technology and media before starting her own consultancy in 2011. She is passionate about enabling women to sit at leadership tables. She supports and builds intersectional DEIB initiatives. Personally, she is obsessed with tennis. She consults with various companies to design and deliver training programs on cultural and gender sensitization, prevention of sexual harassment, and internal complaints committees. She also works closely with leaders at these companies to build culture and policies that foster diversity and inclusion. Additionally, she is an author and public speaker on leadership, gender, and diversity issues. She has written four books, one of which was awarded a Laadli prize.

Bela Rajan

Mentors

Bela Rajan is a Director at August One Partners LLP. She is a post-graduate in law and journalism. She founded Sampark, a leading PR consultancy Which was later acquired by Omnicom Inc, a major US communication company, and renaming it Ketchum Sampark. She was instrumental in establishing India's first PR School, - the School of Communications and Reputation (SCoRe). She actively contributed to FICCI FLO and held the position of chapter chairperson in Mumbai. She currently is an independent director at Lloyds Steel, a listed company on the NSE. Additionally, Bela passionately supports various philanthropic organizations dedicated to empowering women and girls.

Lloyd Mathias

Mentors

Lloyd Mathias is a business strategist and investor. He invests, partners and collaborates with founders of early-stage companies in the areas of AI, edtech, data analytics and digital technology. Lloyd is on the Boards of several companies as an independent director. He was the marketing head of HP Inc’s Asia business. In previous corporate roles he was President & CMO of Tata Teleservices, Country Director- Marketing at Motorola, Executive VP Marketing and Category Director for PepsiCo India and South Asia. Lloyd has been Chairman of MRUC - the publishers of the Indian Readership Survey and Co-Chairman of the Device Strategy Council, Mobility Development Group, USA. An acknowledged thought leader, Lloyd has written op-eds, columns, and has been quoted on business and policy issues in local and international media.

Suparnaa Chadda

Mentors

Suparnaa Chadda is the founder of the Simply Suparnaa Media Network. The Network consciously works toward creating a positive narrative away from sensationalism. Suparnaa uses her versatile experience in media to curate SABERA – the Social and Business Enterprise Responsible Awards. Amidst other things, the network stands for causes enabling gender sensitivity and actively conducts workshops on menstrual hygiene through its non-profit arm, Woman Endangered. Suparnaa has also been conducting workshops with students across states on Violence against women along with JOSH TALKS. The network strongly believes that leadership and spirituality are interconnected and have the potential to bring a larger change in society. It has been recognized by the UN Women as an SME Champion.

Karthi Kumar

Mentors

Karthi Kumar Marshan mentors start-ups, NGOs, marketing teams, communication agencies, CSR teams and students. He was CMO of Kotak Mahindra Group, overseeing marketing, corporate communications and CSR for all Kotak entities for almost 17 years, as well as customer experience and HR for brief periods inter alia. In previous roles he co-founded Sharekhan, turned around an ailing DTH company in the ANZ region, produced television shows for Sony and led teams in advertising in Mumbai & Bangalore. He has also served as Chair and Board member for 4 years at a leading international school in Mumbai.
